Bruxie
As the signs says they use waffles instead of buns, etc. I had a hamburger that was fresh, and cooked as advertised - medium. Price $7.50. To quote the Bruxie web site: Bruxie is a new take on the authentic Belgium Waffle. The "Bruxie" is unlike any waffle offered: the Bruxie is light, crisp, yeasty and not sweet. It's street food that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, mid day snack or dinner as well as a dessert or late night treat.
Long lines but worth the wait.
