This is as close as I have ever seen the Dolphins to the beach. I was photographing the surf when they passed by.

Store Fronts On Fairfax Ave

Store fronts along Fairfax Ave between Framer's Market and LACMA. This is what you saw on busy retail streets in cities across southern California when I was growing up in the 50's and 60's. No strip malls. Even now I hate them. All the strip mall does is add an additional layer of ugly to an already uninspired environment.

And the parking for these retail outlets was usually in the rear where it belonged.

To be honest what attracted me to this group of stores was the various colors all mixed together and not at all complementary.
