Don't try this if you live or work in Irvine. This could only happen in a place like Laguna Beach. That's why I love living here. Sure the weather is great and the coast is paradise but it's the freedom to paint your home or business your way.Unfortunately there are limits even in paradise. After all this IS paradise.
