The Scream by Edvard Munch was done in the Expressionist style but now I can take it one more step to Abstract Expressionist complements of nature combined with the pollution in Laguna Creek. Photo was taken from above the creek on the Boardwalk at Main Beach, Laguna Beach, CA.
May 2, 2012: Reported by the LA Times: 'The Scream' sells for a record $119.9 million: Edvard Munch's drawing "The Scream" set a record Wednesday for the most expensive artwork sold at auction, in a sale at Sotheby's in New York.
