Yak, Yak, Yak, Yak, Yak

I was walking PCH in Laguna Beach and it was rush hour for the commuters. In short you could walk faster than the cars stuck in traffic. The young woman was on the phone when I past her the first time and was still on the phone 15 minutes later when she past me. What a ditz.

It looks as if driving and cellphone use hasn't dropped with the new law but has increased. That's calls for a big - DAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.
